This is the perfect plan for newcomers or those that need a short program to get effective results. If desired you can lose up to a stone in weight if thats the goal. This Plan is individualised & customised to your needs. For 6 weeks you'll recieve 2 sessions per week with a personable, understandable & experienced coach. For your own time you'll also get an additonal plan to use on your own either at home or in the gym. If required a diet plan will be given to enhance your results.

This is for those who want to be coached on a consistent basis similar to having a gym membership. You can choose to attend 1 - 2 or more sessions per week. Being consistent means you can change direction in your training whenever needed. This can be suitable for 2 on 1 sessions.

 

For this service you'll be required to create a monthly standing order.

This service is for the comfort of having a coach come over to your own home, works using blocks of sessions, 6 Week Plan, Monthly Training or 2 on 1 coaching. 

This service does not require equipment if you havnt got any.

Blocks of sessions are great if you require more flexibility with time or financially. Blocks are paid in one off, full amount.
