Lost over 7 stone in the time span of roughly 5 months. Not only was the support there, but also you are being pushed to constantly try to beat your personal records(which are tracked and monitored regularly, making you aware of your progression at all times).
Your body shape doesn’t matter, all shapes and sizes would benefit as all workouts are made to suit you and your capabilities. I couldn’t be more appreciative from the training I was provided, and the results I achieved.

During my training, I have experienced fat loss, muscle and strength gain. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure you are engaging the correct muscle groups while performing lifts with the correct form.

I was not disappointed at the start and 6 months down the line I'm still seeing massive benefits from his sessions!! Reece started me off by asking what I wanted and figuring out exactly where I wanted to be.
The results I've seen over the months with him were unachievable on my own, I worked out, watched videos, researched diet etc but none of this got me to where I wanted to be. massive differences to my body shape, my fitness and my strength.

The training sessions he plans vary from week to week and this keeps me interested in what we’re doing. He has always been very professional and despite my reluctance to follow his exact direction, set out eating plans and home exercises to help with pain I was experiencing.
